Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Most of our handcrafted items are eligible for a return for a refund so long as the item is undamaged and it has not been more than 30 days since your order the item. A tracking number for the package must be emailed to us as soon as possible. Once we receive the item the refund is processed the next business day.

Any of the “Print on Demand” items are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges. These are custom designs created by our artists and printed by a third-party company. We place the order and they fulfill the order and ship it.

Refunds

We will make every effort to refund you the full “PURCHASE PRICE” of the item you are returning. We do not refund shipping costs. The refund will be credited back to whichever payment system you used whether that be a credit card and/or PayPal. The refund will be processed the next business day after receipt of the item in question.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for similar item that we have available already online within 7 to 10 business days after you have sent the damaged item back to us and have emailed the tracking number.

EMAIL: Customer_Service@swconlinestore.com In the meantime will be happy to place the item you wish in exchange aside and prepare it for mailing when we have received the damaged or defective item. A straight exchange can be made for no additional shipping fees so long as the item is of the same value.

If the new item costs more than the original we will have to charge you the difference before we can send out the new product and if it is less we can refund the difference with 3 business days.

Email us [customer_service@swconlinestore.com] the tracking number and once it is confirmed to be on it’s way and to the correct address we will go ahead and mail out your exchange item.

Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you does vary.

We only mail out items within the U.S. and its territories and Armed Forces addresses ONLY.

Gifts

Since we do not accommodate “Gift Wrapping” options for purchase but we can ship to a different address as a courtesy. Since the time frame requirements for returning the items for a purchase price refund will generally not allow for any return and refund.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and you must purchase a tracking number with the postage. Your previous shipping costs are non-refundable. If you qualify for a refund it will be for the amount of the item(s) only.

Remember: All of our items are shipped with a tracking number. When you are returning something please email us the tracking number to: Customer_Service@swconlinestore.com with your original order number so that we can be expecting it.
