We here at Southern Women Crafts Online Store prefer to use Flat-Rate shipping for all our items on our online stores. We ship to all U.S. States and Territories as well as all of the Canadian Provinces. We did use calculated shipping rates for all U.S. packages but recent changes in the WooCommerce policies have forced us to return to Flat Rate Shipping. These rates are subject to change as the shipping companies’ rates keep going up but we try our best only to charge the going retail rate plus a few dollars for packing supplies.

The Print-on-Demand (POD) Merchandise
ALL shipping costs will be calculated by the printing company and displayed on checkout.They may offer alternate shipping methods and times. Some of our POD products are fulfilled through PRINTFUL (SKUs beginning with JMK5XXX) and some by PRINTIFY (SKUs beginning with JMK4XXX).
All of our handcrafted items will be shipped regular 1st class mail only and will have a tracking number emailed to the customer. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items once we have emailed you your tracking information.
All regularly shipped items are kept in a plastic bag (to prevent it from getting wet), wrapped in tissue paper, bubble wrap, and then placed in a bubble envelope prior to mailing. Small, Medium and Large shipping boxes with more than one item will have the individual items packed in plastic bags and tissue paper.

orders must be completed prior to DECEMBER 5th Every year to have any hope of reaching your loved ones. Any custom order must be purchased at least 1 month prior to delivery to ensure the timely receipt of the same so please plan ahead.
We are required to collect Florida Sales Tax on all orders with a shipping address within the state. Those current rates are 8% for the state which includes the basic state sales tax and an average additional sales tax required by the county.

Orders Received Between Friday 9:00 am to midnight Sunday will be mailed on Monday Morning
Orders Received anytime Monday to Thursday midnight will be shipped next BUSINESS DAY.
NO SHIPPING ON ANY FEDERAL HOLIDAY
We can no longer offer overnight shipping or 2-day Expedited Delivery so please order early.
