We Welcome Fall

This past weekend was a bit misty and rainy but oh so much cooler than the previous weekend. We welcome Fall weather in Florida it’s just not like other parts of the country. We get some fall colors later in the month and into November but we are still pretty green. The temperatures are gradually getting a little cooler here in the Northern areas and that will be a very welcome change in the coming weeks.

Our main internet source is back up and running and we have reached finally gotten 70% of our products up and ready to ship from our new online store. We hope to have the remainder done by the middle of this month. We have category updated except for the earrings sections. Since we have created more of them than any other category we saved them for last.

Survived and Ready to Roll

We have survived the first direct hit hurricane in this area of Florida in many years. Hopefully, that will be our last one this season too. After only 4 days without lights, we are finally back up and running on all our online stores. We don’t have our main internet source up yet but have a backup MIFI cellular through Verizon. Hopefully, we will have the main internet source back sometime next week. The Verizon one is not unlimited so we have to be stingy with how many product updates we can do until then.

We Are Open And Ready For Business

We are open and our website is ready for business. We haven’t gotten all 1500 items ready to be purchased from our website yet but we are working on it a little bit or more every single day. You can purchase any item that already has a picture added to it. Sadly, I’m only able to update about 50 products every day if I work on it 8 to 10 hours. Mostly, it’s because my internet keeps going up and down and I do have to take a break every hour or so to stretch out the kinks. In the mean time, I am also trying to keep my other websites up-to-date.

As of today, we have over 800 items completely ready to be bought directly from our own online store. We still have all of our items listed on the other online stores so if you would rather buy from them until we are done here that is fine too. We are still having our 50% off sale on all the other websites. So please take advantage of the sale so that I won’t have to do all 1566 items! Below are the links to the other sites as well as the corresponding codes to use to get your discount.

After we finally finished adding all the items currently available as well as adding any new items we create along the way we will be upgrading the mobile side of the website to make the pages download quickly. And you can then buy everything in our store directly from your phone! Of course, I am still trying to maintain, and gain new followers on all of our Social Media accounts as well.

Almost Time to Open

It is almost time to open up our shop. We have working night and day getting our items up on this site and should be finished on September 1, 2017 (We hope). We will still open up this store on that date and as we create new things they will be added to this and possibly to the Handmade Amazon store till the end of the year. We will be closing the HandmadeArtist, Etsy and SquareUp online stores entirely by the end of the year. We are keeping the Amazon Handmade store as it provides the most exposure for our products and they have extended waiving the monthly professional seller’s fee until the end of December 2018. Granted, they do charge a fee for everything we sell on their site but we are viewing that fee as advertising.

Fall Fundraiser

Our Fall Fundraiser is being created to help us buy an enclosed trailer to turn into a mobile boutique.
