We are working on creating an informative newsletter for our fellow crafters and customers. We are using MailChimp to automate the process and hope you will sign-up for it. The newsletter is separate from creating a customer account. The Newsletter subscription option is already checked when you create your customer account with us but you can unclick it and even “unsubscribe” at any time when you get your next one in your email. Unsubscribing to the newsletter does not erase your customer account on this website.
On our homepage, a pop-up box will appear to subscribe to the newsletter or click on the “Shop” tab and there will be a sign-up box on the left sidebar of the screen. For our mobile users, a smaller pop-up box appears on the homepage and on the shop pages the sign-up widget box is located towards the bottom of the feed. Remember that signing up for the newsletter will not create your customer account.
The newsletters will have information about our handcrafted products, sales, and discounts for the online store, handcraft artists information about the crafting business and how we make our own items. The best reason to sign up for the newsletter is that within a day or two afterward, you will get a confirmation email with a discount code for 20% off for all new customers. You will have to come back to this website to buy something from us the copy and paste the discount code into the appropriate box in the shopping cart. You should also get an automatic FREE regular First Class Shipping for your purchase! The coupon code is only good for the first purchase and new customers. But you can share the newsletter with your friends and family. If they signup for the newsletter they will get their own code for their first purchase.
We have created a page to house the past newsletters if you should miss one. We have already sent out the initial one for January and the next one will be automatically sent out on February 1st. Please check your inbox at the beginning of the month as the first one may go into your spam folder. Once you “Unspam” it and add us to your contact list the following newsletters should arrive in your inbox on the 1st of every month.
