The yarn is 100% acrylic, hypoallergenic, machine washable and machine dryable. There is a slim piece of elastic sewn into the center. This listing is for a single pony tail holder only. It measures approximately 3-1/2 to 4 inches across with the center hole approximately 1-1/2 inches across.
